Delete your account

You can delete your Jackpot Genius account at any time, and you do not need to contact us to do it. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your profile and every saved ticket, and it cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

1. Open Jackpot Genius and go to Settings.
2. Tap your name at the top of Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
4. Confirm it is you: enter your password, or sign in again with Apple or Google if that is how you created your account.

That is the whole process. Your account, profile, and all saved tickets are deleted immediately.

Can’t access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed or can no longer sign in, email support@haretriggerproductions.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.

What about subscriptions?

Pro subscriptions are billed by your app store, so deleting your account does not cancel one. On iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions and cancel there. On Android, open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
